If you’re like most of us, you’ll want to answer blessings and gratitude. However, if you were to take a good hard look at yourself, do you find (much to. your chagrin) that your attention is on scarcity and negativity more than you’d like it to be?
When you put your attention on scarcity and negativity, that’s how you’re going to experience your days. No matter what the positive is in your life, it will shrink in size as long as you focus on the negative. Imagine what would happen, through, if you would put your attention on your blessings. It would have a dramatic effect on your energy level and sense of joy. You would shift from being heavy and negative to being light and positive.
Blessings are those things that contribute to your happiness. They come to you daily in many different ways. Some of these blessings are obvious — good health, work you enjoy, people who love you, a country that is free, a safe place to live. And some are quite subtle – leaves radiating their colors on a bright sunny fall day, a cheery smile from a stranger, the sweetness of a small child, a co-worker you with a cup of your favorite gourmet coffee…just at the time you needed it.
Gratitude is giving thanks and showing appreciation for all the blessings that come your way. Gratitude opens your heart so you can feel lighter. Gratitude opens you up to more joy. It’s a higher call to the Universe to give you more – more abundance, more love, more peace.

Make every days of the week Thanksgiving by acknowledging your blessings and showing your gratitude. Every night before you go to bed, mentally give thanks for 10 blessings from your day. The effects of this nightly practice will be more than you can imagine and will contribute to your living success…from the inside out.
